Despite how outwardly trashy Mariah Carey's wardrobe looks in Snoop Dogg's new music video (and regularly... ooh snap), I must say I admire the bold makeup choices her stylist made.
It appears that she is wearing electric blue falsies and blue liner to match. It doesn't go with her outfit, actually, it doesn't go with anything... but I suppose that's what electric blue is for.
Wanna rock your own blue eye makeup? Try Shu Uemura's Dazzling Sapphire Diamante false eyelashes ($25.) for a little blue sparkle. You could also finish off the look with a little Mediterranean Blue eye liner from Milani.
One rule about this blue look though, NO BLACK LINER, no eye shadow. Not as a base, not to define anything. Just blue lashes and liner! Love it!

I think I could pull off this blue look, but I'm also the type of girl that will wear red, too :P

Mary - Unfortunately, Paige, the winner of the Dragon Eyewear contest has yet to respond to me. I will give her the full week and if she does not respond, I will choose another winner.
