Eva Longoria's J.Mendel frock with rosette detail (click photo to enlarge) at the "Over Her Dead Body" premiere (OK! Magazine) is just one example of her sophisticated and fun style. Paired with glowing skin and smooth strands, this look shows off Eva's classic look, yet still brightens her up from basic black.

Since we're not all multi-millionaires, here's how to do it on a budget:

• Start with a bright colored, flowy, knee length dress. I chose Donna Ricco's Cap Sleeve Silk Dress in Petunia ($158) from Nordstrom.
• With a plain dress, accessories are your friend! To symbolize the flower detail on Eva's look, we added a pin-able Tropical Pink Flower Clip ($18) from FlowerClip.com.
• Eva's outfit has a lot going on, so she kept the shoes a basic nude. Our choice, "Kierna" from Guess ($100), keeps this principle in a super-light pink with simple bow detailing.
• Since this outfit features a lot of mixing and matching, Eva kept the jewelry minimal, and in neutral tones. We chose copper jewelry, including Chandelier earrings from 1928 ($16), and Copper bangles from Journey's Shoes ($10).
• Lastly, Eva's signature light pink nail polish (we like OPI in Canberra't With You, $7), and smoky eye makeup like Stila's Palette in The Grays ($40) from Sephora.com.
